About the Company:
This is a part-time position for a fast-growing, community-based events brand. The Community hosts transformational gatherings in Austin for entrepreneurs, creators, and conscious leaders. Their events are all about meaningful connection, great energy, and smooth execution — creating spaces where inspiring people come together to grow, connect, and thrive.

South America - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
You'll be the heartbeat of our online presence, mainly on Instagram and TikTok.

  • Reach out to people via DMs in a thoughtful, human way
  • Engage daily with creators, community members, and aligned accounts
  • Invite people to events, gatherings, and community moments
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and story replies
  • Keep the community warm, present, and alive online
  • Track conversations and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
  • Communicate closely with the core team to align on priorities and events
  • Time commitment starts at ~10 hours/week, with room to grow if it's a great mutual fit.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Instagram & TikTok community features (DMs, Stories, comments)
