We are growing rapidly and are looking to add
a Graphic Designer specializing in Motion Graphics
to our agency in
Rosario
,
someone with a modern outlook, a curiosity for innovation, and a love of detail.

YOUR TASKS

• You will join the Art Direction team with new, intelligent, and visually powerful ideas.

• You will analyze visual strategy in depth and develop impressive concept designs.

• You will work daily for global brands to create animated audiovisual pieces, mastering everything from

storyboarding to the creation of the final piece.

• With your impressive skills, you excel at creating both fully animated pieces for advertisements (spots,

explainers, campaigns) and others that enhance the value of our social and branded content videos (intros,

bumpers, transitions, tracked, and VFX).

• You ensure the visual and technical quality of everything that comes out of your hands. You also master

narrative treatment and visual storytelling.

• You present your work and follow the process alongside the creative team in Argentina and Germany.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a college or university degree in graphic design.

• You have at least 4 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer specializing in Motion Graphics for an

agency or studio.

• You are fully proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Audition) and are keen to

develop your skills in Cinema 4D and/or Blender.

• Familiarity with AI tools applied to motion and design, such as
Runway, Nanobanana, Veo3,

ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Kling.

• You have experience in advanced graphics animation, basic character animation (rigging), and can conceptualize your ideas by integrating sound.

• You are able to integrate AI-assisted workflows (storyboard, styles, assets, optimization, automation).

• You are confident in using Microsoft Office Suite.

• You love to think outside the box, and illustration is no problem for you.

• You have excellent communication and conceptual skills, as well as an analytical and organized approach to

your work.

• You show a lot of personal initiative.

• You can communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.

• You are a great team player.

• You are enthusiastic about many topics, but you especially love everything about brands, products,

entertainment, events, and innovation for children and teenagers.
