Junior Preparer – Payroll Spain PMO

As a Junior Preparer within the Payroll Spain PMO team, you will play a key role in supporting payroll operations and project coordination activities. This entry-level position is designed for individuals eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, multinational environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing payroll data and reports for Spain, ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Use Spain-specific payroll tools and systems to execute processes accurately and efficiently.
• Support the PMO team in coordinating payroll-related projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and provide timely updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll information.

Experience & Skills

• Basic understanding of payroll processes and Spanish labor regulations (preferred).
• Familiarity with project coordination principles and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
