Responsabilidades Principales:

El puesto busca garantizar la disponibilidad, consistencia y trazabilidad de los datos, fomentando la interacción transversal con las áreas operativas y administrativas para consolidar información estratégica.

  • Brindar soporte analítico y operativo en la elaboración de reportes, tableros de control y análisis de información que permitan mejorar la toma de decisiones a la Dirección y a las distintas áreas de la empresa.
  • Confeccionar reportes de gestión y tableros de control utilizando herramientas como Power BI y Excel o Google Sheet.
  • Consolidar y validar información proveniente de diferentes sectores de la organización.
  • Realizar análisis comparativos y de evolución (mensual, trimestral, anual) sobre indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).
  • Detectar desvíos y elaborar informes con observaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Participar en el diseño e implementación de procesos de estandarización de reportes.
  • Colaborar con áreas operativas y administrativas para obtener información actualizada y precisa.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas en los sistemas de seguimiento y control.

Requisitos Excluyentes

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares (Control de Gestión, Reporting, Planeamiento o Análisis de Datos).
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas anidadas, segmentaciones, Power Query).
  • Experiencia comprobable en el uso de Power BI y Looker Studio (conexiones, creación y actualización de dashboards).
  • Manejo de SQL
  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y enfoque en la calidad de los datos.
  • Proactividad en la búsqueda y gestión de información entre distintas áreas.
  • Estudiante en curso o graduado de carreras afines como: Licenciatura en Ciencia de datos, Ingeniería en sistemas, Licenciatura en Administración, Ing. Industrial, Contador Público, Economía, etc
