El Desafío: Buscamos un líder de proyectos Senior para dirigir iniciativas de transformación digital de alto impacto, como el Frontend Único de Sucursales (FUS), en una Entidad Bancaria líder.
Principales Tareas y Responsabilidades
- Planificar, coordinar y supervisar proyectos tecnológicos asegurando cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo y presupuesto.
- Garantizar la alineación estratégica de los proyectos con los objetivos del Banco.
- Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionar riesgos mediante tableros de control avanzados.
Conocimientos Técnicos y Tecnologías
- Dominio de metodologías PMI, Agile, Scrum, Kanban y Lean.
- Manejo experto de herramientas: Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project y Power BI para reportes estratégicos.
- Experiencia comprobable en gestión de presupuestos y cronogramas críticos.
Condiciones y Modalidad
- Contratación: Relación de dependencia con la consultora.
- Modalidad: Híbrida/Presencial (mínimo 2 días presenciales en CABA) según proyecto.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00 hs.
