Visión general del rol y responsabilidades
La persona que ocupe la posición de Programador de Producción será responsable de la programación y control de las líneas de producción del sector de Energía. Deberá administrar y controlar las actividades desarrolladas en las diferentes fases de producción, organizando y orientando los servicios realizados por los equipos, a los fines de garantizar las metas de productividad, de acuerdo con planes de producción, estándares de calidad, procedimientos y normas técnicas, de seguridad, medio ambiente y salud.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Programar la producción y cargar la producción en los sistemas informáticos.
  • Ejecutar el orden de fabricación y compra de insumos.
  • Administrar y controlar las actividades realizadas en las áreas productivas, en las operaciones de máquinas y equipos, uso adecuado de materias primas e insumos, de forma de cumplir las metas de producción y productividad.
  • Seguir y controlar los procesos de fabricación, verificando por medio de instrumentos específicos y paneles, el desarrollo ciclo productivo, analizando datos estadísticos, identificando las necesidades de ajustes y orientando en las acciones a ser tomadas.
  • Proponer mejoras continuas en las condiciones de trabajo, métodos y desempeño de equipos utilizados en los procesos productivos para contribuir con la productividad y calidad.
  • Controlar la recepción y el manejo de materias primas e insumos, conforme procedimientos del sistema de calidad y planes de producción.
  • Elaborar informes referentes a las actividades desarrolladas en su momento de actuación, transmitiendo informaciones y datos estadísticos del ciclo productivo, actividades operativas y administrativas.
  • Controlar que se cumplan los procedimientos de conservación, limpieza e higiene del área de trabajo, como asimismo orientar a terceros en el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, salud, disciplina y prevención de accidentes.

Overview Of The Role And Responsibilities
The person who occupies the position of Production Programmer will be responsible for the programming and control of the production lines in the Energysector. They must manage and control the activities carried out in the different phases of production, organizing and guiding the services performed by the teams, in order to guarantee productivity goals, in accordance with production plans, quality standards, procedures and technical, safety, environmental and health standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Schedule production and upload production to computer systems.
  • Execute the order of manufacture and purchase of inputs.
  • Manage and control the activities carried out in the productive areas, in the operations of machines and equipment, proper use of raw materials and inputs, in order to meet production and productivity goals.
  • Monitor and control the manufacturing processes, verifying the development of the production cycle by means of specific instruments and panels, analyzing statistical data, identifying the needs for adjustments and guiding the actions to be taken.
  • Propose continuous improvements in the working conditions, methods and performance of equipment used in production processes to contribute to productivity and quality.
  • Control the reception and handling of raw materials and inputs, in accordance with quality system procedures and production plans.
  • Prepare reports on the activities carried out at the time of action, transmitting information and statistical data on the production cycle, operational and administrative activities.
  • To control that the procedures for conservation, cleanliness and hygiene of the work area are complied with, as well as to guide third parties in compliance with safety, health, discipline and accident prevention regulations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Industrial Engineering degree or related.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
