SOLICITA: Teach Leader Trainee | Apoyo a Automatización, para la ciudad de La Plata, Bs. As. Argentina.

1. OBJETIVO

Formarse como referente técnico en automatización, integraciones y gestión de proyectos ágiles, apoyando la transformación digital de ANEPSA: integrar ERP, software de valuación y scrapers, mejorar flujos internos y asegurar que los proyectos se entreguen en tiempo y forma.

2. FUNCIONES CLAVE

Automatización de procesos

  • Detectar cuellos de botella y procesos repetitivos.
  • Desarrollar scrapers y bots para extracción de datos de fuentes oficiales.
  • Implementar RPA (UiPath, PowerAutomate, Make, n8n).

Integraciones y ERP

  • Diseñar flujos entre ERP, software interno y CRM.
  • Documentar arquitectura de integración (BPMN, C4, Mermaid).
  • Mejorar módulos de ERP orientados a valuación.

Gestión de proyectos ágiles

  • Manejar proyectos en Jira (backlog, sprints, burndown, epics).
  • Adoptar metodologías Scrum/Kanban para organizar equipos.
  • Hacer seguimiento de KPIs de entrega (velocidad, lead time, defectos).

Arquitectura de cambio organizacional

  • Alinear la digitalización con los objetivos de negocio.
  • Gestionar documentación clara y entrenamiento del equipo.
  • Proponer roadmap de automatización con cálculo de ROI.

3. PLAN DE CRECIMIETO (18–24 MESES)

  • Trainee (0–12 meses): foco en automatización, scrapers y Jira.
  • Tech Leader Jr (12–18 meses): diseño de integraciones ERP/CRM y coordinación de equipo ágil.
  • Tech Leader Pleno (18–24 meses): responsable de roadmap de digitalización, con 1–2 trainees bajo su guía.

4. Habilidades y conocimientos requeridos

  • Lenguajes: Python (scraping, APIs), SQL.
  • RPA / Integración: UiPath, Make, n8n, PowerAutomate.
  • ERP / CRM: experiencia básica en SAP B1, Odoo o similares.
  • Metodologías ágiles: Scrum, Kanban.
  • Herramientas de gestión: Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab.
  • Procesos de negocio: valuación, activos fijos, reportes financieros.

5. Condiciones de contratación

  • Sueldo mensual: $1,000,000 a $1,200,000 ARS
  • Jornada laboral: 8 horas diarias / Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm,
  • Vacaciones anuales: 21 días corridos por año trabajado.
  • Modalidad: Freelance
