We are looking for a reliable and organized person to join our team as Relief Front Desk Agent at our boutique hotel in Recoleta.
About the role:
This position covers various shifts including the regular staff's days off and vacation periods, so schedule flexibility is essential.
The role involves guest assistance, check-ins and check-outs, and general communication with visitors, ensuring the same warmth and professionalism that defines our service.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- Is organized, proactive, and autonomous, while also enjoying teamwork
- Has strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Can adapt to different shifts (flexibility) and work independently when needed
