Responsibilities
Audit current and prospective clients' marketing programs and craft integrated marketing plans across our full suite of channels, with special emphasis on social media (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube).
Plan budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective and funnel stage.
Coordinate with channel specialists (Programmatic, PR, SEO, Affiliate, Influencer, Email) to align channel-level strategies with the overarching plan.
Research and analyze prospective client industry, competitors, ideal customer profile and market sentiment.
Forecast and pressure-test client budgets, ensuring projections match efficiency requirements and business objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
Experience managing large sets of campaigns or clients with $100k+ spend per month.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
Familiarity with earned media channels and audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
Comfortable using Asana and Slack.
Fluency in English at an advanced level.
