We're partnering with a company that is supporting an U.S. based company in Los Angeles that is leading a major ERP integration project. We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strategic mindset, solid analytical skills, and experience bridging business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Apply methodologies such as MoSCoW and scoring methods to evaluate requirements and RFP "fit."
- Support the ERP integration between Microsoft GP and NetSuite, ensuring alignment across systems and processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution accuracy and compliance with SOX standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with ERP or integration projects.
- Experience with agile methodologies MoSCoW.
- Advanced English (B2 + or C1).
- Experience applying prioritization and scoring methods to assess the "fit" of RFPs and business requirements.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, or similar ERPs.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
