Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nextep will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing data, and scheduling meetings. This role offers a career path to an experienced, appointment-setting SDR position with commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Research prospects to collect data and scrub leads using web browsers, company websites, and Nextep data resources.


• Manage data within Nextep's CRM and data management tools.


• Qualify leads and engage prospects to schedule meetings.


• Collaborate closely with the team to share best practices.


• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and manage multiple prospects efficiently.


• Clearly articulate value propositions and effectively communicate via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.


• Understand prospects' needs and tailor messaging accordingly.


• Adjust strategies based on feedback and overcome obstacles with a positive attitude.

Required Hard & Soft Skills:


• Experience using a CRM and web browsers for research.


• One year of related experience in B2B markets and/or training preferred.


• Confident, competitive, and tenacious.


• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Strong oral and written communication skills.


• Active listening and adaptability.


• Resilient, punctual, professional, and team-oriented.


• Coachable, positive, persistent, reliable, and responsible.

Work Modality:
