You'll join a growing engineering team responsible for building and modernizing core product platforms and internal tools. Who we're looking forA senior-level backend engineer with strong experience in Ruby and/or Golang, passionate about clean code, agile development, and delivering business value through scalable software. You should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking ownership of technical solutions end to end.
Tech stackLanguages: Ruby, Golang
Frameworks/Patterns: Microservices, REST APIs
Environment: Agile, CI/CD, Clean Code, Test-driven development
Tooling: Git, Docker, Monitoring tools
Own the software development lifecycle for moderately complex features
Participate in system design and architecture discussions
Collaborate with product managers to assess technical feasibility and effort
Maintain code quality and promptly address bugs/incidents
Continuously grow expertise in your team's technical domain
5+ years of experience in agile software development
Proficiency in Ruby and/or Golang
Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture principles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (bootcamp/certifications also welcome)
Fluent English communication
Experience in fintech or small business platforms
Familiarity with internal tooling, automation, or system modernization initiatives
