We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our high-impact Payouts team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong product background and a deep understanding of payment flows, banking integrations, and global money movement. You'll lead the strategy and execution of the systems responsible for dispersing funds to millions of end users across the world — securely, efficiently, and at scale.
You'll work closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and external financial institutions to ensure that our payouts infrastructure is robust, auditable, and optimized for speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. What I will be doing?
  • You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define the strategy and roadmap for the payouts platform, evangelizing it across development teams and the broader organization.
  • You will execute that vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap delivers clear outcomes for our customers and the business.
  • You will analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve the product.
  • You will be working with people from all around the globe, in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
  • You will inspire other members of the Product team, helping shape the culture and standards of product excellence.
  • You will own and drive the product roadmap for global payouts, including disbursement engines, banking integrations, reverse payouts, and internal tools.
  • You will partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure payouts are delivered timely, securely, and in full regulatory alignment.
  • You will work with external financial institutions to expand payout capabilities across new geographies and payment methods.
What skills do I need?
  • Experience as a PM in a fintech company
  • Live in Argentina, Brazil or Uruguay
  • Fluent in english and spanish
  • Nice to have: tech background and knowledge in payments ecosystem industry
