Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership
  • Work closely with the Service Center Line Manager to build capabilities, manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational goals.
  • Provide advice and counsel on organizational and people issues, leveraging a deep understanding of customer strategy, objectives, and priorities.
  • HR Planning Governance
  • Contribute to HR department planning and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business needs.
  • Program Deployment Communication
  • Support communication and deployment of HR programs within the organization.
  • Plan and execute HR country activities and provide program deployment support.
  • Global Collaboration
  • Partner with international HR teams to support business unit initiatives and ensure consistency across regions.
  • HR Expertise
  • Act as the primary HR focal point for inquiries related to development programs, HR processes (Performance Management, Labor Law compliance, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation Benefits).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Management, or related field.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for issues.
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing and complex environments.
  • Skilled in HR process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Goal-oriented with high attention to detail.
