Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal Business Enablement Sr. Specialist – Legal Tech & Operations is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in contract management, business operations, or legal technology—ideally with a background in project management for technology implementations within legal, procurement, or finance teams. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, partnering with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to lead the implementation and adoption of legal technology solutions (e.g., CLM, e-billing, matter management), optimize cross-functional workflows, and ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and procurement policies.

Professionals who have transitioned from Contract Management into Tech-driven Project Management or Business Operations leaders from technology companies who have partnered closely with Legal are strongly encouraged to apply.

You also bring the flexibility to contribute across the wider Business Enablement & Delivery functions — supporting initiatives in procurement, finance operations, knowledge management, and cross-team enablement. With advanced Business English skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a process-driven mindset, you excel at owning implementations, driving efficiency, leveraging technology, and enabling scalable business operations

How You Will Make Your Impact

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of legal technology solutions (e.g., CLM, e-billing, matter management).
  • Drive change-management and stakeholder adoption plans to ensure smooth rollout of technology solutions.
  • Design and document process mapping, workflow automation, and cross-departmental alignment to enable scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align technology implementation with business goals, timelines, and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Own vendor management and go-to-market activities, including onboarding, risk assessments, payment workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with US-based Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
  • Deliver legal and financial data analysis, reporting, and dashboard maintenance for leadership visibility.
  • Manage knowledge systems and documentation, including process playbooks and templates.
  • Provide procurement support: vendor-onboarding frameworks, contract lifecycle oversight, and renewal management.
  • Ensure security compliance and risk management, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR adherence.
  • Guarantee compliance with procurement and finance documentation standards.
  • Actively participate in internal and client meetings, capturing notes, action items, and ensuring follow-through.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and lead enablement projects beyond legal operations.
  • Support broader Business Enablement & Delivery initiatives as needed, flexing into operational reporting, knowledge management, procurement support, or cross-team special projects.

Attributes of Success in this Role

  • Advanced Business English (written and verbal) – required for US client interactions
  • Hands-on legal tech implementation expertise (e.g., CLM, e-billing, matter management)
  • Strong process optimization and workflow design skills; continuous improvement mindset
  • Data analytics and financial reporting capabilities, including dashboard creation and maintenance
  • Project management leadership across legal, finance, and procurement domains
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional implementation projects (PMP or Agile/Scrum experience a plus)
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business operations and legal teams, translating requirements into scalable tech solutions
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills; meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive stakeholder communication
  • Curiosity and adaptability to navigate client-specific nuances in legal, procurement, and finance
  • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a dynamic, remote-first environment
  • Flexibility to take on tasks beyond legal tech, supporting the full range of Business Enablement & Delivery projects
  • High standards of quality in output with accountability to deadlines

Minimum Requirements

  • Background in contract management, business operations, or legal tech, with hands-on experience leading technology implementation projects (from: Legal or paralegal background with strong operational and technology focus)
  • 5+ years of experience in legal operations, legal tech, or business enablement
  • Proven track record in contract management and technology implementations (e.g., CLM, e-billing, matter management)
  • Familiarity with legal technology workflows and related systems
  • Understanding of US corporate legal requirements, commercial contracts, and basic financial principles
  • Experience working with US-based clients; global collaboration experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, reconciliations, and system trackers
  • Experience in procurement operations, contract/vendor risk assessment, and financial compliance
  • Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance standards
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup
  • Flexibility to work outside local business hours when required
