About the role

As a Senior SAP FI-MM Integration Consultant, you will make an impact by leading the integration, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA FI-MM processes across LATAM, with special focus on Brazil. You will be a valued member of the EPS team and collaborate closely with technical architects, business stakeholders, procurement leaders, and regional support teams to deliver compliant, efficient, and scalable solutions that enhance end-to-end financial and material management operations.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead and optimize S/4HANA FI-MM integration to streamline financial, material, procurement and tax-related processes.
  • Implement and maintain Taxes on Purchase (Brazil & LATAM) ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient tax operations.
  • Enhance Special Procurement, Indirect Procurement and Direct Procurement flows within SAP S/4HANA.
  • Develop, deploy and optimize Pricing processes aligned with LATAM business needs.
  • Manage and improve Physical Inventory, Goods Issue, and Goods Receipt processes for accurate inventory management and operational efficiency.

What you need to have to be considered
  • Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA FI-MM Integration.
  • Proven experience implementing S/4HANA Taxes on Purchase for LATAM (preferably Brazil).
  • Strong knowledge of Special, Indirect and Direct Procurement in S/4HANA.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Pricing and SD components supporting regional requirements.
  • Strong background in Physical Inventory, Goods Receipt, and Goods Issue processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to operate in a hybrid work model.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate – S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement or equivalent.
These will help you stand out
  • Experience supporting or working closely with IT Business Support / Service Desk teams.
  • Prior experience in LATAM or Brazil-focused SAP rollouts.
  • Background in optimization, continuous improvement, or system performance tuning.
  • Additional SAP certifications (MM, FI, SD, TAX).
