El Consultor de Reclutamiento Especializado es un profesional que se enfoca en comprender a fondo las necesidades del cliente y descubrir el perfil oculto que busca. Actúa como el principal punto de contacto entre el cliente y el proceso de reclutamiento.

Responsabilidades:
• Realizar entrevistas exhaustivas con los clientes para comprender sus requisitos específicos y expectativas.


• Identificar las habilidades, competencias y rasgos clave necesarios para el puesto.


• Investigar y analizar el mercado laboral para encontrar candidatos adecuados.


• Colaborar con los gerentes de contratación para alinear las expectativas del cliente con la realidad del mercado.


• Ser el intermediario entre el cliente y los candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección.


• Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares al cliente y otros agentes involucrados sobre el progreso de la búsqueda.


• Renegociar con los clientes si es necesario


• Realizar seguimientos a los clientes por llamadas y correos sobre actualizaciones en los procesos.
• Realizar seguimientos a los reclutadores para asegurar el flujo de candidatos.


• Asegurarse de mantener las reporterías al día y precisas


• Cumplir con metas individuales y colaborar en el cumplimiento de metas globales.

Skills:
• 1-2 años en experiencias relacionadas a reclutamiento

Ingles super avanzado, C1.
