Front End Engineer

RYZ Labs is seeking a
Front-end Engineer
to join one of our client's dynamic teams. The ideal candidate will focus on developing high-quality, user-facing features and contribute to an engaging and seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of performant and scalable front-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features with clean, reusable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality and reliability
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
• Review code and provide constructive technical feedback to team members
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere
• Define standards and best practices for testing, software delivery, and observability
• Participate actively in team meetings, including stand-ups and sprint planning
• Create and update technical documentation
• Implement improvements to development processes
• Debug and resolve production issues
• Advocate for adopting new technologies and design patterns to enhance business capabilities
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver aligned, high-quality user experiences
• Stay current with front-end development trends and explore innovations
• Work with engineering leads to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant front-end solutions
• Implement observability with technologies such as Datadog and Sentry
• Enforce best practices and review PRs to maintain code quality

Qualifications
:

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and relevant front-end frameworks
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proven experience in optimizing application performance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in an Agile development environment
• Specific experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and CMS driven architecture
• Familiarity with DataDog, Sentry, and design systems
