We are now expanding our capabilities to leverage artificial intelligence in revolutionizing how financial services workflows and integrations are built.

We are looking for a Fullstack Solutions Engineer to join our development team. This is a fully technical role that requires strong programming fundamentals, the ability to work across both frontend and backend, and a focus on building reusable components.

You will be responsible for implementing solutions using our internal development tools, including Java-based visual code workflows and proprietary platforms built in-house. This role does not rely on a traditional IDE; instead, you will work directly within Fuse's internal environments to build features, automations, and integrations.

We are seeking someone at a Mid-3 to Senior level, capable of working horizontally across multiple projects and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

• Fullstack Development: Build, maintain, and optimize components across the frontend and backend using our internal tools.

• Component Building: Develop reusable components that power our internal modules and workflows.

• Technical Implementation: Design and implement technical solutions using Fuse's internal tools, visual code workflows, and proprietary development platforms.

• API Integrations: Create and maintain integrations with REST APIs and external services.

• Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and tech leads to implement best practices.

• Provider Communication: Collaborate with external providers to ensure smooth integrations and resolve technical issues.

• Documentation: Maintain clear and well-structured technical documentation for components, integrations, and internal flows.

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer.

• Strong programming fundamentals (data structures, patterns, architecture).

• Hands-on experience building and implementing REST API integrations.

• Practical knowledge of JavaScript, modern frameworks (React), and backend technologies.

• Ability to work without a traditional IDE, using internal workflows and non-conventional tools.

• Experience building components, modules, or internal libraries.

• Strong ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

• Previous experience working with internal development tools or low-code/visual-code platforms.

• Familiarity with fintech or financial integrations.

• Experience in startups or high-velocity environments.

• Knowledge of , React, or similar ecosystems (not required if fundamentals are strong).
