What You�ll Do at BTS

As a Senior Consultant or Associate Director, you will:

  • Structure and solve complex organizational and execution challenges for clients across industries.
  • Lead the design and delivery of multi-workstream projects that align with our clients' strategic priorities and drive measurable impact.
  • Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and leadership development experiences (both in-person and virtually)that create lasting behaviour change and business results.
  • Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and engaging prospective clients.
  • Earn the role of trusted advisor for executives at major corporations across industries.
  • Facilitate customized workshops, learning journeys, and development programs that drive client success and transformative growth.
  • Lead with a client-focused mindset, ensuring team alignment with client success and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Argentinian team, as well as BTS global leaders and Centers of Excellence (CoE), to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA (or equivalent experience).
  • 5�7 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment
  • Proven experience in leading projects, and partnering with various business stakeholders.
  • Experience in delivering strategic workshops and managing project outcomes aligned with client and organizational goals.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business and operating model insights to client work.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships, leading to identification and expansion of business development opportunities.
  • Accountability and ownership in driving project success, maintaining a focus on high-impact results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Mature, humble, professional, and a hands-on team player.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (domestic and international)
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
