Job Title: Power BI Developer

Location: Remote (100%)

Language Requirement: Advanced English (oral and written)

Experience Required: 5+ years

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in DAX and a deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate has a solid background in writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries, along with strong SQL fundamentals and data modeling capabilities.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, working with large and complex relational datasets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure data accuracy and visual impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.

Create advanced DAX calculations and measures.

Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

Design and implement efficient data models to support reporting needs.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly BI solutions.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.

Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to support reporting initiatives.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in BI development, with a focus on Power BI.

Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power BI report design best practices.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex T-SQL queries.

Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles.

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience working remotely and in agile environments is a plus
