Capacity Planner

We are seeking a skilled Capacity Planner to join our Global Web Marketing team at Lenovo. This role is responsible for planning and forecasting digital asset and content capacity needs to ensure optimal resource utilization, scalability, and performance across content operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and project capacity requirements for digital assets and content workflows.

• Collaborate with web production team and program management teams to align capacity planning with business objectives.

• Monitor usage trends and recommend adjustments to support scalability and efficiency.

• Support automation initiatives and process improvements for resource management.

• Report on capacity metrics and provide insights for operational planning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in capacity planning, digital operations, or related roles.

• Experience with analytics tools and resource management platforms.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Preferred: Experience with automation and AI-driven planning tools.
