We are looking Google Ads Specialist for a fast paced grwoing from the USA.

Location: Fully remote

Minimum English: C2 - Fluent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google Ads Specialist to join a growing company. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' Google Ads campaigns to drive maximum ROI. You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective PPC strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall online advertising efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a diverse range of clients

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness

Monitor and analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives

Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients, demonstrating the value of the campaigns

Manage client budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation and maximum ROI

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly budget caps and adjust bids to achieve the best possible results

Analyze landing pages and website performance to recommend improvements for higher conversion rates

Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad copy, keywords, and landing pages

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators to create cohesive and high-performing campaigns

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members



Requisitos

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on PPC strategy and optimization

Google Ads certification is required

Proven track record of successful PPC campaign management with demonstrated results

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with other online advertising platforms is a plus (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
