Our client, is a well-established U.S. real estate brokerage, they specialize in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties across South Florida. With a strong network of agents and a commitment to excellence in service, they support both clients and real estate professionals with extensive market expertise, innovative tools, and a client-centric approach to real estate transactions.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client with administrative, operational, and client-facing tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.

Experience working with a U.S.-based company is required.
Real estate industry experience is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling meetings or appointments.

  • Handling client communication via email, phone, or messaging platforms in a professional manner.

  • Maintaining and updating records, spreadsheets, and internal systems.

  • Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and file organization.

  • Following up with clients, partners, or internal teams as required.

  • Supporting daily operational tasks and coordinating with different departments.

  • Conducting basic online research and compiling information when needed.

  • Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

  • Assisting leadership with ad hoc administrative and organizational tasks.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, and communication platforms.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote setup.

  • Experience working with a U.S.-based company is required.

  • Real estate industry experience is a plus.

Position: Virtual Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 700 - USD 1000 per month
