About Job

As a Senior Product Manager at Walkthrough, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's product roadmap to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Agile methodology, Scrum, and product roadmapping will enable you to effectively prioritize features, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Your ability to analyze complex problems, identify key drivers, and develop data-driven solutions will be crucial in driving business outcomes. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and sales teams, to ensure that products meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Skills & Qualification
  • Agile Methodology: Able to apply Agile principles to drive iterative and incremental product development, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.

  • Scrum (Certified Scrum Master): Possesses a deep understanding of Scrum frameworks, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and iterative progress toward well-defined goals.

  • Product Roadmapping: Skilled in crafting product roadmaps that balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility, enabling strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Experienced in managing product lifecycles, from conception to retirement, to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • RCA-Triage: Proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) and triage to identify and prioritize product issues, defects, or bugs, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact.

  • Triage: Adept at triaging product issues to prioritize and resolve them efficiently, leveraging data-driven approaches to inform decision-making.

  • Product Backlog Management: Skilled in managing product backlogs to ensure they are up-to-date, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives, driving efficient product development and delivery.

  • Priority Analysis: Able to perform priority analysis to evaluate product features, identify key drivers, and prioritize features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Product Development/Product Strategy: Experienced in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility, ensuring strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales teams, to design, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

  • Analyze complex problems, identify key drivers, and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery, applying Agile methodology and Scrum principles to drive iterative and incremental product development.

  • Manage product lifecycles, from conception to retirement, to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and ensure customer satisfaction, leveraging Product Lifecycle Management expertise.
