En Experis Argentina nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Site Access Coordinator / Gestor de Accesos a Sitios para importante empresa de telecomunicaciones.

Modalidad 100% presencial

Zona: Retiro, CABA

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar y documentar los accesos a los distintos sitios (propios o alquilados por el cliente).
  • Cargar y mantener actualizada la información en plataformas internas (BPM, SICOP, CELTRONIC, EXACTIAN u otras).
  • Coordinar con equipos técnicos y administrativos para garantizar la disponibilidad de accesos en tiempo y forma.
  • Realizar seguimiento del estado de los permisos y reportar avances o incidencias.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de calidad establecidos.

Requisitos:

  • Educación secundaria completa (preferente formación técnica o superior).
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en tareas administrativas, control documental o gestión de accesos.
  • Conocimiento o manejo de plataformas como BPM, SICOP, CELTRONIC, EXACTIAN.
  • Buen manejo de herramientas de Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Habilidad para trabajar con múltiples herramientas y bajo plazos ajustados.
  • Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.
  • Perfil proactivo, detallista y orientado a resultados.
