We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Night Shift Call Center Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a professional manner.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the company.
Record Keeping: Accurately record and maintain customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to effectively communicate benefits and answer questions.
Problem Resolution: Handle objections and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the sales process.
Reporting: Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively during night shifts and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
