The Role
Are you ready to build the backbone of modern applications?

We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to impactful projects that require strong technical foundations and collaborative spirit.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python or (TypeScript).
  • Work with Docker for containerization and implement basic logging/error handling.
  • Interact with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) and at least one NoSQL store (e.g., MongoDB/DynamoDB) at a basic level.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions using Git and agile practices.
  • Support active projects where backend integration is critical to delivery success.

Required Skills*

  • Up to 3 years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Python or with TypeScript; building RESTful services.
  • Basic data modeling with a relational DB and familiarity with a NoSQL database.
  • Docker fundamentals (build, run, compose) and Git usage.
  • Currently studying or graduated from a systems-related field (exceptions may be considered).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

*Preferred Skills*

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and simple CI/CD.
  • Introductory experience in GenAI (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph) and awareness of Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders (customer-facing mindset).
