En Ecolab nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Junior Contable para el equipo de Cash Application para trabajar en el equipo de nuestro Global Business Services. Quien tome la posición asegurará la integridad de la información contable mediante el registro, verificación, consolidación e ingreso de las transacciones. Pensamos en un profesional con experiencia, excelentes habilidades interpersonales y orientación al cliente.
Lo que vas a hacer:
- Ejecutar los procesos: Aplicación de pagos recibidos de clientes, conciliación de cuentas y partidas bancarias.
- Monitorear las transacciones pendientes y seguimientos de respuestas diarias
- Realizar seguimiento a los distintos indicadores del área internamente y con las entidades regionales y locales Detectar, analizar y escalar los procesos y tareas contables que presenten funcionamiento inadecuado o necesiten ser mejorados y posiblemente lanzar un nuevo proyecto; Mantener una relación y proceso de comunicación fluida con representantes de Finanzas, Contabilidad y Tesoreria Local; Participar activamente en proyectos y transiciones
Requerimientos:
- Graduado o estudiante de los últimos años de Contador Público o Administración de Empresas (Excluyente);
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia previa en Contabilidad General;
- Inglés Intermedio
- Excel y Paquete de Office
- Conocimiento de SAP, Oracle y Power BI serán valorados
- Experiencia en Shared Services será valorada.
- Residir en CABA o GBA.

Las posiciones tienen base en nuestras oficinas de Puerto Madero.
