Buscamos un/a
developer junior–semi con mentalidad de producto
, que quiera crecer trabajando sobre un sistema real y asumir responsabilidades progresivamente.

Qué vas a hacer

  • Desarrollar features
    end-to-end
    (front + back) con acompañamiento cuando haga falta
  • Mantener y mejorar el producto existente
  • Implementar mejoras técnicas claras y bien definidas
  • Trabajar cerca de producto y operaciones para entender el
    por qué
    de cada feature

Stack principal (necesario)

Buscamos
base sólida
(no nivel experto) en:

  • React
  • NestJS
  • MongoDB

Tenés que poder:

  • Leer código existente sin problema
  • Implementar features de complejidad baja y media
  • Pedir ayuda cuando corresponde (valoramos eso)

Otros conocimientos (plus, no requisito)

No esperamos experiencia profunda, pero sí
curiosidad técnica
y nociones generales de:

  • Mensajería (RabbitMQ o similar)
  • Caché (Redis o similar)
  • Automatización / procesos headless (Puppeteer, Browserless, etc.)
  • Arquitecturas desacopladas y eventos

IA como herramienta diaria

La IA es parte del workflow:

  • Usarla para escribir mejor código
  • Saber preguntar y validar lo que devuelve
  • Entender que la IA
    ayuda
    , pero el criterio técnico es humano

Buscamos a alguien que

  • Tenga buena capacidad analítica
  • Sea proactivo/a y responsable
  • Piense en el usuario final
  • Quiera aprender y crecer en producto y arquitectura
  • Sepa comunicar problemas técnicos de forma clara
