¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Experto en Dynatrace altamente cualificado, alguien que no solo entienda el monitoreo, sino que respire la cultura de la observabilidad y la resiliencia. Buscamos un perfil con una sólida trayectoria en la construcción y mantenimiento de Dynatrace, capaz de diseñar soluciones robustas que soporten operaciones críticas. El candidato ideal combina una visión arquitectónica profunda con la habilidad técnica para implementar principios de arquitectura distribuida, garantizando que nuestros sistemas no solo funcionen, sino que prosperen bajo presión.

Responsabilidades
  • Diseñar y mantener soluciones de observabilidad tolerantes a fallas, aplicando principios de arquitectura distribuida y resiliente para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
  • Desarrollar extensiones personalizadas (custom) en Dynatrace y gestionar la configuración avanzada de métricas, alertas y controles técnicos.
  • Implementar patrones de resiliencia como circuit breakers, fallbacks y retries, elevando la estabilidad de nuestros servicios.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de caos y validaciones de confiabilidad para anticipar incidentes y fortalecer la infraestructura ante posibles fallos.
  • Construir dashboards estratégicos que representen "journeys" críticos del negocio, proporcionando visibilidad clara y accionable a los equipos interesados.
  • Automatizar el despliegue y la configuración de infraestructuras de monitoreo utilizando herramientas como Python, Ansible, Monaco y Terraform.
  • Integrar la plataforma de observabilidad con el ecosistema de gestión de servicios (ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, Events) para un flujo de trabajo unificado.
  • Documentar hallazgos y comunicar técnicamente las soluciones y mejoras a los equipos de desarrollo y operaciones.
Conocimientos Técnicos
  • Dynatrace (Nivel experto, incluyendo desarrollo de extensiones custom).
  • Herramientas de monitoreo y observabilidad: Grafana, Zabbix, ElasticSearch, Fluentd, Prometheus, Atentus, ThousandEyes.
  • Diseño de soluciones tolerantes a fallas y principios de arquitectura distribuida.
  • Patrones de resiliencia: Circuit breakers, fallbacks, retries.
  • Ingeniería del Caos (Chaos Engineering) y validación de confiabilidad.
  • Lenguajes y Automatización: Python, Ansible, Monaco, Terraform.
  • Gestión de Servicios: ServiceNow (CMDB, ITSM, Events).
  • Diseño de dashboards de negocio y técnicos.
