About the role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer (Contentful), you will make an impact by building scalable, high-quality applications that integrate structured content using modern technologies. You will be a valued member of our engineering team, collaborating with senior engineers, technical leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain features for client-facing applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Configure and manage Contentful spaces, optimize content models, and integrate via SDK or GraphQL.
  • Design and implement dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using , focusing on performance and usability.
  • Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, ensuring optimized builds and seamless integration with modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in architectural discussions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve code quality and development processes.

Work model

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring X days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , and experience deploying applications on Vercel.
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful, including configuration, content modeling, and integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

These will help you stand out

  • Experience with , Bootstrap, Ionic Framework, or GruntJS.
  • Knowledge of other headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Strapi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
