Properties Specialist - Facility Management.

Our Oilfield Services business provides intelligent, connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets and supporting facilities. Our team arranging technical expertise to meet our client expectation. We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.

As a Properties Specialist - Facility Management, you will be responsible for:

  • On site facility maintenance, such as landscpaing, cleaning - Define the management of the outsourced relationship

  • Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.

  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis.

  • Contributes to project as a team member.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Properties).

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
