Descripción del puesto
En el puesto de Servicio al Cliente de Silver Freight, serás responsable de gestionar las consultas de los clientes, resolver dudas, garantizar su satisfacción y mantener una comunicación clara y profesional. Entre tus funciones diarias estarán atender llamadas, dar seguimiento a envíos y ofrecer soluciones eficaces a las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo con modalidad híbrida, con base en nuestras oficinas en Martínez, pero con la posibilidad de teletrabajar en algunos días.

Requisitos

  • Capacidades en atención al cliente y una sólida orientación hacia la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Conocimientos en etiqueta telefónica y experiencia en servicio al cliente.
  • Experiencia probada en proporcionar excelentes experiencias al cliente en múltiples canales de comunicación.
  • Habilidades adicionales deseables incluyen capacidad de resolución de problemas, comunicación clara y trabajo en equipo.
