RFP Analyst

We are looking for a Risk, Fraud, and Payments Analyst to support daily operations, including processing withdrawals in a timely manner, assisting customer support with payment-related queries, handling fraud alerts, and generating daily reports. This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding company assets by identifying and preventing fraudulent activities, including bonus abuse, exploit attempts, and collusion, ensuring a fair and secure gaming environment.

Main Duties for the role:

• Reviewing and approval of payments to customers
• Reviewing and monitoring member account registration, deposit and withdrawal transactions
• Reducing chargebacks whilst maintaining company revenue
• Reducing fraud and bonus abuse
• Monitoring for any transactions which are received from banned countries/territories
• Assist Customer Support with escalated queries related to Risk, Payments and Fraud
• Requesting and reviewing of KYC following company and regulatory policy
• Responsible for monitoring age verification and KYC policy adherence
• Requesting and reviewing of KYC following company and regulatory policy
• Liaise with 3rd party Payment/fraud providers for enhanced investigations or resolutions linked to Player issues
• Monitoring and actioning of daily payment alerts
• Monitoring and actioning of daily fraud alerts
• Taking care of daily and weekly reports with a focus on reducing fraud and on improving payment acceptance and offering.
• Liasing with AML, VIP and compliance teams to resolve player issues
• Contribute in the development of departmental policies, products and service
• Attend and participate in regular fraud, payments and responsible gaming workshops and training

Job Requirements:

• Experience working in a role related to payments and fraud in iGaming will be considered an asset;
• High attention to detail;
• Strong numerical and analytical skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English;
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Team Player
• Selected candidate must be based in Argentina
