As the Email Designer you will be responsible for designing and executing visually engaging and effective email marketing campaigns for a range of clients.

You will create on-brand email designs, collaborate with internal teams to understand campaign objectives, and translate those objectives into clear visual concepts. You will work with both start-up and established brands and adapt design approaches to different digital brand expressions. You will partner closely with copywriters and email specialists to ensure cohesive, high-performing email and SMS communications. You will also review creative deliverables for quality and consistency before internal review and deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually compelling, on-brand email designs for a variety of clients and industries.
  • Collaborate with the email team to understand objectives and translate them into clear design concepts.
  • Stay current on email design trends, user experience best practices, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with copywriters to integrate copy and visuals into cohesive email campaigns.
  • Design SMS assets that align with and support the broader email program.
  • Conduct quality checks on creative deliverables prior to internal review and release.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that includes email design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Photoshop.
  • Experience with Figma is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior agency experience is preferred.
