Role Overview

We are seeking a Content & Social Manager to own organic social media execution and content distribution across multiple brands. This role is responsible for planning, publishing, and managing high-quality content that builds awareness, engagement, and trust.

The Content & Social Manager also supports email marketing execution by repurposing content and drafting campaigns based on strategies defined by the Growth Marketing Lead.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that works closely with Growth and Paid Media.

Key Responsibilities

Organic Social Media


• Manage organic social media across 4–5 brands


• Build and maintain content calendars by brand and platform


• Schedule and publish posts consistently


• Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual consistency


• Monitor comments and DMs; manage basic community engagement


• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, videos, webinars, decks) into social formats


• Identify top-performing content for paid amplification

Email Marketing Support (Execution Only)


• Draft email copy based on briefs and lifecycle strategy


• Repurpose social and long-form content into newsletters and campaigns


• Format emails using existing templates and brand guidelines


• Schedule campaigns as directed


• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and compliance standards

This role does not own email strategy, segmentation, automations, or performance metrics.

Collaboration & Reporting


• Work closely with the Growth Marketing Lead to align content with growth priorities


• Collaborate with the Paid Media Specialist on creative needs and messaging


• Coordinate with designers and video editors for asset production


• Track and report on organic performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, shares)


• Surface insights and content learnings to inform future campaigns

• Growth or revenue targets

Qualifications


• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social media for brands or businesses


• Experience supporting multiple brands or clients simultaneously


• Strong content planning and organizational skills


• Excellent written communication skills


• Familiarity with social scheduling tools and basic analytics


• Experience working with templates, brand systems, and content guidelines


• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams

Experienced in B2B, SaaS, or regulated industriesf


• Bilingual English / Spanish


• Experience with email tools such as HubSpot
