Role Description

The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner to the CEO. Roughly 25% EA work and 75% strategic execution. You will help run the leadership team across the UK, US, and Argentina, keep plans on track, and ensure smooth daily operations. You must be fast, proactive, trustworthy, digitally native, and an excellent English writer. Strong academics required. We have a team in the US and the UK and a small team of clinical experts and developers in Buenos Aires.

Role

  • Manage the CEO's diary and coordinate meetings with customers, investors, and the team.
  • Support board and leadership meeting planning.
  • Run the internal planning and KPI process with the CEO.
  • Track key projects and keep teams aligned.
  • Support the sales team and help remove blockers.
  • Handle confidential admin and coordinate CEO travel.
  • Support hiring, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Draft internal and external communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; clear academic top performer (top 25%; high school top 10%).
  • 3–7 years in ops, project management, consulting, marketing, or similar. Start-up exec support preferred.
  • Strong organisation, detail, problem-solving, and project management skills. Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing and communication; high trust and discretion; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Can-do attitude; willing to roll up sleeves.

Location/Hours

  • Location: Remote, but must attend weekly meetings in central BA.
  • Hours: Full-time on BA time zone. Flexibility possible. CEO lives in the UK but works mostly US East Coast hours and travels often.

Compensation

  • Salary based on experience, plus an attractive share option scheme.
