About The Role
As a
GTM Commercial Programs Process Manager
, you will make an impact by streamlining and operationalizing offer programs that help customers unlock value with Google Cloud. You will be a valued member of the
GTM Commercial Offers
team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, and more.

In This Role, You Will

  • Operationalize approved commercial offers, managing all aspects of offer operations including data tracking and performance reporting.
  • Measure offer performance and generate insights to support program renewal or deprecation decisions.
  • Lead the offer lifecycle management process, guiding stakeholders from offer inception through renewal or sunset.
  • Maintain and enhance an operational playbook to support broader organizational understanding of offer processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor across key teams, ensuring governance and consistency in offer execution.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Technical, or Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Strategy, Business/Data Analytics, Program Management, or similar roles in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience leading programs/projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Experience presenting to multi-disciplinary teams and driving alignment across functions.
  • Ability to balance detailed execution with strategic thinking.
  • Familiarity with offer lifecycle management and operational governance in cloud or tech environments.
