In this role, you'll:
- Review and refine job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements and organizational needs
- Identify and engage top specialized talent using diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal programs
- Ensure a seamless recruitment processes for all parties involved
- Assess candidates skills and qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other forms of communication
- Create personalised outreach communications to connect with passive candidates
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance the recruitment process and improve the candidate experience
- Stay updated on emerging trends in recruitment, particularly in technical fields
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields
- At least two years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong preference for competitive-market recruiting
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and business-specific requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and Google Workspace/Office 365
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English
Bonus points if you also have
- Portuguese is highly appreciated
