About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This isn't just a "hiring" role; you will be the face of our company to the global market—hiring talent across the US and worldwide. You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from hunting for passive talent to ensuring our existing team is engaged and connected. If you are a "hunter" by nature but also passionate about human resources and building great company cultures, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment (Main responsibility):
- Global Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and creative "out-of-the-box" methods to find and engage passive candidates in the US and internationally
- Screening & Interviewing
:
Conduct initial phone and video screenings to evaluate technical skills and "cultural fit." Process Management: Manage the entire candidate journey, including scheduling, feedback loops, and negotiating offers. Talent Pipeline: Build a "warm" database of top-tier talent for future hiring needs.
People Operations & Team Culture:
Onboarding: Create a world-class welcome experience for new hires.
- Team Engagement: Organize virtual team-building events and initiatives to keep our remote team connected and motivated. Employee Branding: Help us tell our story on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract the best talent.
- HR Support: Assist with internal HR tasks, employee feedback, and general "People Ops" to ensure a great working environment.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment (Full-Cycle), preferably with experience hiring for US and Global markets.
- Language: Near-native English (written and spoken). You must feel confident negotiating and selling the company's vision to international candidates.
- Tools: Expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Mindset: A self-starter who doesn't need a "boss" to tell them to start hunting. You are organized, empathetic, and highly communicative.
- Location: Based in Argentina (or similar time zone) with the ability to overlap with US working hours.
