HR Controller (Analista SR de Control de Gestión de RR.HH) - CABA, HIBRIDO
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Analista de Control de Gestión de RR.HH. para una importante Compañía Pesquera Multinacional, en el marco de una posición estratégica dentro del área de Recursos Humanos.
El rol reporta a la Dirección de RR.HH. y actúa como socio del negocio, trabajando de manera transversal con RR.HH., Finanzas y Operaciones, con foco en control de costos laborales, análisis de información, explotación de datos (People Analytics) y soporte a la toma de decisiones del management.
RESPONSABILIDADES
- Elaborar y analizar el reporte mensual de costos de personal, asegurando calidad y trazabilidad de la información.
- Analizar datos de dotación, nómina y estructura organizacional, generando indicadores, métricas e insights.
- Participar en procesos de presupuesto, forecast, planificación y simulación de escenarios.
- Identificar oportunidades de optimización de costos y realizar seguimiento de desvíos.
- Apoyar la gobernanza y calidad de los datos de RR.HH. y actuar como punto de contacto en auditorías.
- Brindar soporte analítico a Compensaciones y Talento (equidad salarial, desempeño, rotación, ausentismo).
- Participar en proyectos de mejora, automatización y actualización de sistemas de RR.HH..
REQUISITOS
- Título universitario en Administración de empresas, Finanzas o afines.
- +5 años de experiencia
en RR.HH., Finanzas, FP&A o Control de Gestión, con foco en costos de personal y análisis de datos. - Excel avanzado (excluyente)
. - Power Query / Power BI (deseable).
- Perfil analítico, estructurado, orientado a resultados y con buenas habilidades de comunicación.
