, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
SysOps Engineer
to join our Technology team and work on a strategic project for our US-based clients.

This role is key to ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of production systems. You'll collaborate to guarantee high availability, smooth operations, and fast incident resolution.

If you enjoy working in client-facing technical environments, coordinating across teams, and owning system reliability end-to-end, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, operate, and maintain production systems and infrastructure for a US-based client project.
• Manage monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog) to proactively detect and prevent issues.
• Ensure high uptime, performance, and operational stability of the client's environments.
• Troubleshoot system, infrastructure, and network issues, including incident and outage management.
• Act as a technical point of contact between Magoya's Technology team and the client's technical team.
• Collaborate with engineers from both organizations to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortems with internal and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Promote best practices for system reliability, security, and performance across teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to infrastructure and operations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in SysOps, DevOps, SRE, or similar infrastructure-focused roles.
• Strong experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools (Datadog or similar).
• Hands-on experience managing production environments for client-facing or SaaS products.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• Experience working directly with external clients or distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Advanced English level (written and spoken), with ability to interact fluently with US-based teams.
