Como
Field Specialist I
, desempeñarás un papel vital en el sitio del pozo con nuestros clientes. Realizarás servicios rutinarios de LWD y DD según los programas establecidos, desarrollando continuamente tus conocimientos y habilidades para ofrecer soluciones innovadoras.

Responsabilidades del puesto
Como
Field Specialist I – DD/LWD
, serás responsable de:

  • Desarrollar y demostrar competencia en el perfil de habilidades requerido para la entrega de servicios mientras perforas en el sitio del pozo.
  • Completar con éxito la capacitación técnica avanzada y los programas de desarrollo asignados en el sitio del pozo.
  • Conocer y mantener el estado operativo de los equipos de campo en el sitio del pozo.
  • Cumplir con todas las políticas HSE de Baker Hughes, los requisitos de Cumplimiento Legal y los Valores Fundamentales de Baker Hughes.

Requisitos para el rol
Para tener éxito en este rol, deberás:

  • Tener experiencia profesional como DD, LWD, MWD o S/E para Field Specialist I
  • Contar con título y cédula vigentes de Ingeniero o Geólogo.
  • En caso de ser Técnico titulado, acreditar mínimo 5 años de experiencia.
  • Técnico sin título, acreditar mínimo 10 años de experiencia.
  • Tener experiencia en la industria y capacitación en la línea de productos requerida.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en campo.
  • Inglés básico.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
