General Job Description

IES Residential, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Administrator to support fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, maintenance, compliance, and reporting in Hudson, FL. This role works closely with division managers, vendors, accounting, and insurance partners to ensure efficient fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new vehicle procurement, transfers, and disposals

  • Maintain accurate fleet records in the IES System of Record

  • Track vehicle inspections, mileage, fuel usage, GPS, and toll activity

  • Manage registrations and titles

  • Administer fuel cards and investigate fraud or discrepancies

  • Prepare fleet and fuel reports for management

  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments

  • Monitor fleet inbox and respond to inquiries

  • Support fleet projects and collaborate with the Fleet Manager

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior fleet administration experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and fleet management systems

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

  • Ability to walk office and fleet areas as needed

  • Visual acuity for computer work and document review

  • Manual dexterity for standard office equipment
