Brand Designer

We recently completed a $150 million Series D funding round, bringing our total funding to $254 million and valuing the company at $2.5 billion.We're looking for a Brand Designer to help bring the
MaintainX brand
to life across digital, print, and motion touchpoints. You'll develop engaging, on-brand visuals for ads, campaigns, ebooks, swag, events, and collaborate closely with Marketing and Motion teams to translate ideas into bold, clear visual storytelling.

You'll join a team of designers
who move fast, experiment boldly, and constantly look for ways to push the creative boundaries
of a growing SaaS company. Together, we shape how MaintainX looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint.This role blends
creativity and execution:
from designing performance-driven assets for paid campaigns to crafting storyboards for motion and exploring fresh ways to expand our brand expression. You'll collaborate across teams to turn strategy into storytelling and design that truly moves the brand forward.

What You'll Do

• Design visually engaging creative assets for digital ads, social, web, email, ebooks, events, and swag.
• Develop storyboards and visual references to support the Motion team on campaign videos and product explainers.
• Translate brand guidelines into consistent, impactful execution while bringing fresh, creative ideas to evolve the MaintainX brand.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Motion to deliver campaigns that align with strategy and performance goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing fast turnarounds with high visual standards.
• Stay on top of design trends and contribute ideas that push the creative boundaries of B2B design.

About You

• 3–5 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Visual Design (B2B or SaaS experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaign work, brand design, and creative storytelling.
• Experience designing ebooks, performance ads, or other marketing content is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative execution from concept to delivery.
• Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you enjoy feedback and iteration.
• Passion for blending creativity with purpose, using design to make complex ideas simple and memorable.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools
