We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements, integrate external systems, and enhance platform functionality using both declarative tools and custom development. 

This is you:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer 

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning (Aura / LWC) 

• Good knowledge of Batch and Queueable Apex 

• Experience designing Salesforce integrations with external systems (HubSpot, iCIMS, in-house tools, etc.) 

• Practical experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative development 

• Familiarity with JSON/XML data formats 

• Strong understanding of Salesforce core components: custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Smart Lists 

• Salesforce Administrator certification

• English- upper-intermediate or higher 

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning (Aura / LWC) 

• Implement Batch and Queueable Apex processes 

• Configure Salesforce platform components, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Smart Lists 

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as HubSpot, iCIMS, and internal operational applications 

• Work with Salesforce Maps and Salesforce CRM Analytics 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions 

• Ensure code quality, platform performance, and best development practices 

• Prepare technical documentation and support existing functionality
