As a Retoucher, you'll elevate photographs and imagery to their highest standard, ensuring every asset is visually consistent and on-brand. You'll work on dynamic campaigns for beloved household brands, collaborating with art directors, and creative teams to bring food, product, and lifestyle visuals to life. Whether perfecting product shots, retouching lifestyle imagery, or adapting global assets for regional campaigns, your attention to detail will help set the tone for industry-leading visual storytelling. Responsibilities

• Retouch product, food, and lifestyle images to meet creative briefs and brand standards
• Collaborate with photographers and art directors to understand visual goals and desired outcomes
• Manage color correction, compositing, blemish removal, and lighting adjustments for high-quality results
• Prepare and optimize images for use across digital, print, and social platforms, maintaining consistency throughout
• Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and customer requirements
• Maintain an organized workflow for managing and archiving large volumes of imagery
• Deliver against tight deadlines while balancing multiple project priorities
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and evolving best practices in retouching and digital imaging

About You
The essentials:

• 3+ years of professional photo retouching experience, ideally in an agency, production, or studio environment
• Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Lightroom, Capture One, or equivalent software
• Exceptional eye for detail, color, composition, and brand consistency
• Experience retouching product and lifestyle imagery, preferably for well-known consumer brands
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and meet deadlines
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative, positive mindset and customer-focused approach
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of technical retouching and creative problem-solving is required

Not a Must But a Plus

• Experience working with food, beverage, or CPG imagery, or a passion for food storytelling, is a plus
• Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools.
