1. Technical Support and Issue Resolution: o Serve as a subject matter expert for all end-user computing technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated software. o Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. o Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. 2. System Administration and Optimization: o Manage and maintain desktop operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and software applications, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure. o Implement and maintain endpoint management solutions for efficient software distribution, patch management, and remote support. o Optimize end-user computing environments to enhance performance, reliability, and security. 3. User Training and Documentation: o Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate users on best practices for using technology tools and applications effectively. o Create and update documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to empower users to troubleshoot common issues independently. 4.
