Queremos generar impacto en los usuarios y construir servicios de alta calidad y escalabilidad. Buscamos líderes con experiencia trabajando para Estados Unidos que desafíen el status quo del negocio a través de la tecnología.
¿Qué vas a estar haciendo? Construir equipos de excelente performance que construyan productos de calidad, agregando valor desde el momento cero. Vas a ser responsable por el plan de hiring y staffing del equipo. Contratar y liderar tech managers.Liderar a miembros del equipo en su crecimiento profesional y desarrollo de carrera. Construir y llevar adelante el roadmap del producto, tanto desde la estrategia de ingeniería como de producto. Colaborar en el desarrollo de una sólida cultura de ingeniería, dentro del equipo y en redbee. Participar activamente en la generación de nuevas propuestas
¿Qué experiencia y habilidades buscamos que tengas? Al menos 4 años de experiencia trabajando como Engineering Manager o dos años de experiencia como Senior Engineering Manager o Technical Director, construyendo equipos de desarrollo de alta perfomance, liderando y mentoreando a las personas en empresas de servicios/consultoria de software. Pasión por construir software.Facilidad para tomar decisiones rápidamente, en un contexto cambiante. Flexibilidad para trabajar en diferentes proyectos y diferentes personas, siempre con foco en generar resultados e impacto. Ser un promotor de buenas prácticas de ingeniería, implementando delivery continuo y velando por reducir la deuda técnica. Experiencia brindando y recibiendo feedback, utilizándolo como una herramienta de crecimiento tanto propio como para el equipo. Experiencia en desarrollo con Kotlin.Experiencia con Spring framework (Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, etc) Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería, o cualquier otra carrera relacionada. Más de 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo Java. Experiencia mayor a cinco años trabajando para Estados Unidos.
